Your distance support is included in your annual subscription fee.

Excludes technical services delivered via GoToAssist or data manipulation - please see below and your contract for more information.

Technical Services

In practice we find most situations to be handled with Distance Support, but if you do need on-site support, services delivered via GoToAssist, assistance with setting up test platforms or data manipulation this is charged as follows:

  • Full day - £780 plus travel expenses
  • Half day - £390 plus travel expenses
