Did you know that not one of our customers has swapped from our enquiry management software to one from another supplier? We believe it's because we work hard to look after you with our unique enquiry software support service.
The Distance Support Package includes:
- Telephone or email support
- Service releases or patches to correct known faults
- New features and enhancements
- User email forum
Whichever enquiry management system you choose, your information systems support is free for the first three months.
How much you pay for an Annual Distance Support Contract
Standard system
- Customers with standard systems pay 15% of the current published licence fees for Distance Support. In the first year you pay only 75% of this figure, giving you your first three months free.
Customised system
- Customers with customised systems pay 20% of the current published licences fees for Distance Support. In the first year you pay only 75% of this figure, giving you your first three months free.
On-site enquiry Database Support
In practice we find most situations can be handled with Distance Support, but if you do need on-site support this is charged as follows:
- Full day - £650 or €790 or $1,050 or AED 3,864 plus travel expenses
- Half day - £325 or €395 or $525 or AED 1,932 plus travel expenses
